The tour around Reykjanes peninsula takes us along lake Kleifarvatn and to the sulphur springs of Seltún. We also pass by the fishing village, Grindavík, and the Gunnuhver geothermal area. Then we drive on to the very tip of the peninsula, to the sea cliffs, rich with bird-life, by the lighthouse Reykjanesviti. On the way back to Reykjavík we can walk across the bridge which connects the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates.

On the South Coast Tour we drive through the agricultural areas in southern Iceland to the small coastal village of Vík.
Along the way we will stop to enjoy the waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, hike up to the edge of Sólheimajökull glacier and visit the beautiful black sand beach of Reynisfjara with its caves and awe-inspiring rock-pillars.

Landmannalaugar highland nature reserve is one of the most beautiful areas in the country. It is an active volcanic zone and the largest rhyolite area in Iceland. The mountains and hills of the area display amazing colors as well as both boiling hot springs and cold ones .
A possibility of a hike and a bath in a hot spring.

The Golden Circle is the most popular day tour out of Reykjavík.
The highlights of the tour are a visit to the Gullfoss waterfalls, the Geysir hot springs area in Haukadalur and Þingvellir National Park. Þingvellir is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was the location of the Icelandic Parliament from 930 AD until 1798.

The Þórsmörk wilderness area can only be reached by 4x4 vehicles large enaugh to cross the numerous unbridged rivers on the way. Once off the main road, the gravel road leads up to Gýgjarjökull glacier which almost disappeared during the volcanic eruption of Eyjafjallajökull 2010.
A possibility of diverse hikes in the area.
Kaldidalur - Borgarfjordur
7 - 8 hours, summer only.
The gravel road through Kaldidalur “The Cold Valley” gives a wonderful glimpse into the highlands of Iceland. On a good day we can see Iceland’s second largest glacier, Langjökull. Heading down from the highlands into the Borgarfjörður farming district we visit the Hraunfossar waterfalls and the world’s largest hot spring, Deildartunguhver.
13 - 14hours, all year.
Vatnajökull glacier is part of the Vatnajökull National Park and is not only the largest glacier in Iceland, but in all Europe. At the southeastern roots of the glacier we see the stunningly beautiful and ever changing glacier lagoon called Jökulsárlón á Breiðamerkursandi. Numerous icebergs that have broken off the glacier edge float around in the lagoon. They melt gradually in the lagoon until they eventually drift out into the ocean.
The scenery along the way offers a great diversity of Icelandic landscape. Waterfalls, vast black sands, lava fields, glaciers and green pastures.
Optional boat ride on the lagoon is not included.

Kerlingarfjöll with Gullfoss, Geysir and Þingvellir.
11–12 hours, summer only.
The highlight of this tour is a visit to Kerlingarfjöll, a rhyolite area with numerous hot springs and great views into the highland interior of Iceland. Very short stops by Gullfoss, Geysir and Þingvellir along the way.
Hiking and a possibility of bathing in a hot pool.
